Videos from "South Justice" Hill
I had the rare pleasure to step into a major site for the first time last weekend. First time for me and first time for the site. One of those occasions when you step forward and, with each step, you see another pile, larger than the one before. A first large site for Sterling.
Unfortunately it was a bright sunny day and the photos are more or less unintelligible. So here are some videos, from north to south.

ReplyDeleteAccording to my records, you've been here before. All I have from your previous visit is that there were rock piles present, so the new record is more precise. You apparently recorded 4 sites in the Rocky Brook area at the same time. Since I didn't make note of the date of your post, I can't tell you when it was, but it was probably at least 2 years ago judging by the numbers I gave the sites.
Ah but Curt, this was not the same sub-summit. The eastern one has the site I recorded previously. I was amazed at the western summity, that I had not seen before.
