This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Regarding stone piles... Perhaps the date of August 13th is a correlation to the annual Perseid Meteor showers. Depending on the year, they are very intense and can peak anywhere between the 11th and the 17th- and are seen for 3-4 days.
