Traces of sites in Weston

Along the north side of the Sudbury Rd. in Weston, there are some conservation land accesses, mixed in with forbidding looking driveways ("Armed Guard"). Last weekend I eaked out two rock piles from the area, although I know I have found other piles in there in the past.
I am fascinated by the fact that piles continue to exist in the modern suburbs. The case in point shows that, really, they barely do. Weston has a high population density.

In the first picture above, a single pile occurs in a slight gully. It could almost be a crossed pair. This was actually south of the road. In the second picture, a large and a small rock-on-rock occur at a bit of a wet place. That was north of the road.
