This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Yes, this is a very good example Peter. Thanks for posting it. The piles have the multiple humps from where they were dumped that James G. talked about in his e-mail to me. Also there is no consistency in sizes like you see in the Miner example. There is no uniformity. There was no separation or sorting.
