This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

More neeto arrrowheads

Some amazing stuff! I have two points and a flint knife to show for 40 years of looking - all three found just looking down where people walk. The only local one was by the Leatherman or "Old Hunting Caves" in Watertown CT - a nice quartz point. I had on a pair of shorts with one pocket and was marking the different caves on a map. At the top of the hill I pulled the map out and the point came with it, broke on the rocky top while the perfect tip sailed into the bush...
