This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

ReplyDeleteI had just downloaded a photo from IAIS that shows where there used to be a memory pile in the museum where I had donated a deer head stone years ago. It could be just out of the photo or maybe all the stones have been removed or just plain moved...
