This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Somewhere in Westford
Early in the morning on a first fine May day. The sunlight shifts around in the mild breeze and you can see out from under the shadows of the hemlocks, where the rest of the rock piles are.
