This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Lovely. Is it flaked the same way on the other side?
ReplyDeleteNot quite so well - it is sort of against the grain of the rock. I should photo that too. Interestingly, the less curved edge of the tool is more damaged from use.
