"Natural Altar"

Shaman performs a ceremony at a split rock with a tree growing out of it. The commentator refers to the tree/rock as a natural altar.

    I bet our modern society is the first one that does NOT have a special meaning for split rocks. Probably we are one of the first societies assigning no meaning at all to natural features.
