I asked my wife to point at it:I worry whether I am properly documenting the rock pile sites around Falmouth, found in kettle holes. But there are probably no more than 30 such holes. They aren't going anywhere.
This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.
If you don't look for them, you'll never find them; if anyone can...
