This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Refugia
You see the way development chops up the landscape? Each of those little loops of road enclose an acre or so of undisturbed woods. Someday this may be the only place left to look for new rock piles.
Looks like a virus under the microscope...
