This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

I remember as teens we found a couple of stones like this along trails we hiked, and we would always leap onto them and rock them. I can still remember the sensation and the clunking sound.
