This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.
This is the first zigzag stone row that, as I was weeding this spot in the early 1980's, I realized was a carefully constructed row; follow it south and it connects to the mounds in my chicken yard...
