This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.
This a very interesting site , Back in my younger days 70s and 80s A friends grandfather who had spent his life working on the US Interstate Hwy sysm. Would tell us about 1000s of Indian sites just paved over , Some times 5 or 8 in a single day from the east coast to the west coast.
Beautiful. I rarely see these, I'm always looking at the ground.
