This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.
Mostly not tools. Some of the quartz items and the triangles above them appear to have been worked, but most of the rest are just natural spalls.
ReplyDeleteBut I think some of them clearly *are* tools. So it is fair to say they are from a real site.
