This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

ReplyDeleteBut I have to say, it looks like a deer funnel , something I see occasionally. Some of the "V"'s you have shown in the past seemed more astronomical- remember that sketch with the sun you did?
ReplyDeleteThe orange sign, on the outside of the southern wing, states that side is a Wildlife Sanctuary; on the other side there were empty shotgun shells littering the trail...
