I have attached a word doc pertaining to a small
stone with carvings in Pennsylvania in 2007expedition. Perhaps I could
get your input on this?
Update: Norm thinks this looks like an Eygptian Hieroglpyh (I see the similarity):

You need to post some detailed images. These are to small.
Anonymous: it is a bit better if you right click and try "Open in Separate Tab". Then magnify.
A wide range of different types of markers and marks have been used over the past 300+ years to mark the bounds of various surveys. I would begin by exploring the simplest and most logical explanation that this an old boundary.
