This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

This looks interesting. I checked it out and I ordered it on Amazon. I just hope he has documented, location, topo, etc. all of these sites. It would be a great resource, particularly for serious researchers in his area. Looking forward to reading it.
I have the book. There are 270 excellent color photos illustrating the variety of possible Indian stone features found just in Stonington, CT (of some . No location or topo map provided. There is a well written introduction that discusses the various types of features, and the organization of the photos reflects this.
