This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Is this mound visible on Bing? There is something on Miller Hill that looks like a stone quarry, not far from a green roofed water tower.
I do not know. The quarry is on the north side of the hill. The hill is divided by a deep gully and this platform is near the top of the gully, about 200-300 yards south-ish from the quarry.
