This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

Short walls connecting boulders is a common feature throughout the Northeast, and even in the South. Philip Smith, who wrote an article on aboriginal stone constuctions in GA and AL in 1962, described similar walls connecting boulders, which he associated with American Indians. A similar complex of boulders and walls exists in Salford, PA
