Is that a quartz vein just underneath the rock on that boulder? Because it looks like someone had been using the rock to break pieces off the front of that boulder.I've seen that in several places at the Miner Farm - a rock obviously left by someone who was using it to break off chunks of quartz.
I don't see the quartz you are asking about.
