This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

This looks so much like the western slope of Enderslie Preserve in Woodbridge, off Peck Rd, that I would have bet you some "real money" that it was a photo of one I'd missed.
Consider looking again at Enderslie, because these piles here were adjacent to a large burial mound.
