From the Harvard Powell-Reed-Abbot Land, this reminds me of Tim MacSweeney's rocking bear head (here). But this looks like something other than a bear.

I'd say it "Bears a Resemblance," which is the title of a post at Waking Up on Turtle Island, with similar bearish stones, including an Alaskan one.
Does the one in the photo rock???
No idea whether it rocks. Kind of looks like it might.
