Taking a friend to see the Chelmsford site near Tadmuck Rd

After work, drove to Chelmsford and took a friend over to look at the site I found there, not far from Rt 495 on March 5 [Click here].

Took a few pictures of interest. It is not easy to picture the tumbled piles and not easy to say when it is one pile or several.Note that the rocks in these piles are large and more or less uniform in size. This means they were sorted out from the other rocks they came with.

One last repeat picture is of a pile I thought before might be a marker pile with a pointer.
Now I am more inclined to think this is a head.

I remains a slightly different kind of site. I do not know what to make of it.
