...speaking of old pictures, did I ever show this one of a rectangular mound with hollow, bulldozed in half?I took a close look at the ground and the exposed rocks wondering about artifacts but all I saw was cobbles.
This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.
