Articles about EMC development plan

Keith writes:
Here are a couple of articles I came across. You can see the plan photo also. Two of your sites are located where building will be! Maybe we can get a name from one of these articles on who to contact/write? It sounds like a done deal already on the layout. If you Google it you can come across other articles about this land fight.

(1) At bare minimum these sites should properly documented (photos, measurements, map) in the event they are lost to development.

(2) Contact information for the owner, their attorney, and their survey/engineering company will be on file with the Town, check with the Clerks office as to who will have documents.

(3) Two of the three sites appear to just outside the construction area. It may be possible to negotiate with them to have both areas flagged, taped off, silt fencing, etc as off limits to any logging or construction crews. Generally such lines are known as limited of work line and are widely used to protect sensitive wetlands and bordering vegetated buffer zones from being impacted by construction crews.
