This is about rock piles and stone mound sites in New England. A balance is needed between keeping them secret and making them public. Also arrowheads, stone tools and other surface archaeology.

These piles and wall very much remind me of Rockville, RI -- not in site plan per se because I've never even rough-mapped Rockville, but the styles of piles and their juxtaposition with other features such as the erratic and the wall, and the position on a hillside.
I wonder if there are any springs coming out of the ground nearby, or seasonal brooks or waterfalls?
