I would call the last picture an "effigy", because it has reasonably good symmetry. Also, subjectively, it looks a bit like an altar.

I am managing an inventory of sites of this kind throughout the eastern seaboard. Would you be willing to provide me with a more precise location (GPS,m lat/long, or UTM coordinates) for this site? I will keep this confidential, to be shared only with the State and tribal Historic Preservation Offices.
