What a garbling of the past!
For any lucky folks who can get there, the Pequot Museum in Mashantucket, CT, is advertising a showing of Timreck's Hidden Landscapes on April 19th at 1:00 in the afternoon, for only the price of admission.
Ted is giving a presentation of his film at the hotbed of archaeological conservatism, UMass in Amherst, sometime soon.
Hi Norman:
Keep us posted. Amherst is in driving distance from my house. (But Mashantucket, CT is a bit further.)
Anyone with any interest in Native American history in Southern New England absolutely NEEDS to see the Mashantucket Pequot Museum. The Research Library (free and open to the public) could take up many days all by itself.
The film will be shown at the American Archaeology Associations Spring meeting in Amherst, Mr Alan Leveillee, and a host of others of the field clearing activity will be there.
