Poison Sumac
I kind of doubted the existence of this stuff, since poison "oak" is just a California version of poison ivy. But indeed, this is a different plant in the family. You can see the shape of the poison ivy leaf in the form of the last three leaflets:

Very pretty.
It has white flowers; our local poiosn oak is really the same as PI, but in direct sun gets oakie looking leaves...
