Someone posted this on my Facebook wall with the title Ancient Rock Pile. I don't know the source, but thought people here might enjoy it. At first glance I thought it was a VW bug painted to look like rocks, but no, it is cleverer than that. If I learn the source, I'll put it in the comments.

Learned that it is somewhere outside Ithaca New York. I don't know who made it or if he had a background in dry stone work.
I was Googling 'painted rock bugs' with my 7 yr. old to get some ideas for painting rocks, and we came across this picture. We both thought it was really cool and he escpecially thought it was awesome! He has been a huge "Herbie the Love Bug" fan for three years!
