It looks like two prayer seats facing each other or nearly. Is it possible they were used by two people at the same time? We saw opposite facing and joined prayer seats with a shovel blade at Holliston Town Forest.
This picture shows only a small part of an interesting site.
Follow this link to see the prayer seat from a differant angle. If you look under the pine tree, you can see the prayer seat and attached ring.
